Day 17 Wednesday

Today was a good day.  I slept really good last night. My naps were awesome.  I'm thinking ill start posting here maybe once a week or if something happens.  That way these posts won't be so boring?

Day 16 Tuesday

Today has been kinda rough.  I've overslept on naps and my workout was mediocre.  Im just feeling blah.   I don't feel much of a desire to do anything.  Hope I can gain some motivation back before I go to bed or I might be in trouble.

Day 15 Monday

Day 15.
   This week I'm going to push the envelope ob excercise and see how my polyphasic sleep can handle it.  I did 25 minutes of cardio when I got up this morning.  And then I did Half hour of weights at noon.  My arms are jelly but I feel fine otherwise.  Well see how tired I get tonight.   My sleep schedule is 10pm-1:30am Core, 25 minute naps at 5:00am, 10am, and 2:30pm.  I'm doing 25 minutes of cardio when I first get up every day except sunday.  Then weights around noon on monday, wednesday, and friday. Yoga on tuesday, thursday, and saturday. Hopefully my sleep schedule is giving me enough rest so my body can recover.

Day 14

Day 14
   Well this was my plan for sunday.  Sleep a core from 9:30 - 2:00.  Then for my first nap just crash at 5:30 and sleep till everyone got up.  Skip second nap and take third nap as usual.  I did all that, and  ended up sleeping in till eight.   So all in all good day.  Did I need all the extra sleep? Not really, but I figure that's my way of sleeping in on sundays which I still wanted to do. Hopefully I can still go to sleep easy at Ten tonight.

Day 13

Day 13
   Goodday.  My naps are getting better and better.  I'm not anticipating them as much which is good.   At first all I could think about was making it to my next sleep.  Now I am aware of when there coming, but not really craving them like I was.  Hopefully this means I'm over the hump.  Last night I still hit that 8:00 pm wall, but it was not as bad.  My eyes were pretty heavy and if I would have closed them I would have been gone, but I was able to shake it off with a cold drink of water and walking around.

Day 11 Thursday

Day 11 wt. 302 lb.

   Ill start by saying I hit a major wall last night about 8 pm.  My eyes were trying to close even with me standing up.  I made myself stay awake till ten, but it was pure hell.  I had so many arguments going through my head on why I should quit. I went to bed and slept for 4.5 hours insted of 3.5.  I did not have any trouble getting up and going.
   Today I have felt really good all day.  All three of my naps were awesome.  I might have to stick with 4.5 hours for now.  We will see how I am tonight and getting up tomorrow.

Day 10

Day 10 wt. 297

Time to get serious.  Today has been a lot better.  Did cardio this morning and just finished weights this afternoon.  I had a ten minute nap at 4:30 this morning then a thirty minute nap at 7:30.   Now in getting ready to take my afternoon 30 minute nap.  Ill prob take another ten minute one around 5 pm or so.  My short naps I'm sitting up for and just lightly dozing.  My thirty minute naps I'm laying down for.  Hoping this works out well.  Today has rocked so far:-)
   I think that I was very dehydrated yesterday.  I've got to renember to drink more water.  I work in cold conditions so I don't really get thirsty.   Maybe ill set an hourly chime or something to remind me.  Well happy dreams;-)
